یک اندیشمند امریکایی معتقد است واشنگتن در بیثبات کردن کشورها و تضعیف حاکمیت آنان ید طولایی دارد و ایجاد گروه تروریستی داعش در خاورمیانه تازهترین نمونه آن است.
جیمز هِنری فِتزِر، استاد بازنشسته در شهر مدیسون در ایالت ویسکانسین امریکا گفت واشنگتن و متحدانش از تروریستهای داعش حمایت میکنند و در پی شکست آنان نیستند.
فتزر سهشنبه عنوان کرد کل بحرانِ ناشی از داعش در عراق و سوریه ساخته و پرداخته امریکا است.
این اندیشمند امریکایی گفت تقویت حضور نظامی روسیه در سوریه با هدف مقابله با داعش «تصمیم قاطعانه» ولادیمیر پوتین، رئیسجمهور روسیه، است که میتواند زمینه ساز برقراری سطحی از ثبات در منطقه باشد.
وی افزود: «سخنرانی پوتین در سازمان ملل، به وضوح حاکی از انتقاد وی نسبت به سابقه غرب در بیثبات کردن سایر کشورهای جهان و نیز ایجاد آشوب و تضعیف حقوق بشر و حاکمیت آنهاست.»
براساس گزارش جدید یک گروه تحقیقاتی امریکایی، عملیات هدف قرار دادن سران داعش توسط ارتش امریکا، موجب شکست این گروه تروریستی نخواهد شد و هرگونه تحمیل تلفات اثر موقتی خواهد داشت.
بنا بر گزارش تحقیقاتی موسسه «رَند کورپ،» که دوشنبه منتشر شد، هرگونه طرح نظامی علیه داعش باید با هدف سرنگونی، نه صرفا تضعیف آن صورت گیرد.
این گزارش میافزاید: «ائتلاف تحت امر امریکا با موفقیت شماری از سران داعش را هدف قرار داده، اما ... صرف حمله به سران این گروه سبب از بین رفتن آن نمیشود.»
انتشار این گزارش در حالی صورت میگیرد که افسران ارشد ارتش امریکا با مشاهده پیشروی این گروه تروریستی در فرا سوی مرزهای عراق و سوریه و تداوم جذب نیروی خارجی به این نتیجه رسیدهاند که نبرد با داعش به یک بنبست تاکتیکی رسیده است.
فتزر تصریح کرد: «امریکا از داعش حمایت میکند و درصدد سرنگونی آن نیست.»
وی گفت: «مدت مدیدی است که امریکا و متحدانش از 60 پایگاه مختلف داعش اگاه هستند، اما هیچ یک از آنها هدف ائتلاف امریکایی موسوم به ضد داعش قرار نگرفته است.»
راهبرد دولت باراک اوباما رئیس جمهوری امریکا در مبارزه علیه داعش با انتقادهای گستردهای روبرو شده است.
